We truly enjoyed its particularly good and incredible location.

Planned to see Bruges major attractions and it was handy base for visiting all of them. The whole staff was really friendly and amiable.

Comfy bed in deluxe queen room with central heating, multi-channel TV, and a study table. Slices of fresh bread, pastries, eggs, cheese, and meats in the morning...

The breakfast package was a highlight, plentiful and delicious. The location was great for exploring the city and the room was very spacious with a modern and clean bathroom.

The beds were uncomfortable, made up of two single beds pushed together that kept slipping apart and the mattresses were light and flimsy causing the fitted sheets to come off. The fire alarm went off early, the stairs were poorly lit, and we could smell smoke in our room for the entire day.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great - it was close to the city center and we had a lovely view of the tower from our window. The breakfast was excellent - we were impressed by the portions and the quality of the coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful. Additionally, the hotel facilities were modern and clean.

The location of the hotel was ideal as it was close to the main attractions. the room I stayed in had a beautiful view of a tower and was quiet even though it was located on a busy street. the staff was friendly and helpful and made my stay comfortable. the breakfast was amazing, and they offered a breakfast package delivered to your room.

The lack of toiletries, especially toothpaste and brush, was a disappointment. the beds were uncomfortable as they were just two single beds pushed together, with mattresses that were very light and kept slipping off the bedframes.

Absolutely loved the central location of the hotel, within easy walking distance of all the main attractions and the train station. The room was surprisingly spacious and quiet considering it was located on a busy street. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Finding the hotel was a bit tricky as it was locally known by a different name. It would have been helpful if the hotel had clearer signage or directions.

I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful architecture and decor in the room, especially the ornate high ceiling and doors. The four poster bed added a touch of elegance to my stay. The location was also great, with easy access to restaurants, the Markt, and the train station. The manager was very friendly and helpful when I had the chance to speak with him. The cleanliness of the room and the attention to detail in making it up were also commendable.

There were a few downsides to my stay. This caught me off guard and I ended up not having my necessary hygiene items.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is just off the market square. The room I stayed in was quite spacious and offered a beautiful view of the large tower. The staff were friendly and the breakfast provided was substantial, with two rolls, two croissants, prepacked cheese, jam. the hotel offers a comfortable stay and is close to the city center.

Some aspects of the hotel could use improvement, such as the need for a refurbishment in certain areas of the room, including a blocked sink and a faulty bedside light.
